But my approach has always been different.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 19 years, and for most of that time I’ve supported women aged 35+, including women well into their 60s. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, pre and postnatal PT and a certified menopause coaching specialist.

My mission has always been simple:

to help women move more, feel stronger, and enjoy exercise as part of their life.

Sunday Bootcamp – Ingatestone

Every Sunday at 9am.

A welcoming, outdoor session suitable for all levels.

Elevate – 2-Week Online Group Programme

Starting Monday 12th January.

A supportive reset focusing on strength, fitness, mobility, recovery and sustainable habits.
