Why My Sunday Bootcamp Is About More Than Just Fitness

Starting a fitness routine can feel intimidating, especially if you’re low in confidence, unhappy with your fitness level or worried about being judged. That’s exactly why my Sunday Bootcamp exists.

Time and time again, my participants tell me the same thing: they were nervous before their first session… and relieved after it.

One member recently shared:

“As someone who is low in confidence and unhappy with my fitness and appearance, Petra has helped me overcome this with a friendly, fun attitude in the sessions.”

And that’s the heart of it.

A Friendly, Supportive Group With Individual Care

Bootcamp is run in a group setting, but it never feels impersonal. Every session is designed so that everyone works at their own level, whether you’re brand new to exercise or looking to rebuild strength and confidence.

Another participant put it perfectly:

“It’s a friendly group environment, I have never felt judged for how much or how little I can do.”

Even in a group, I make sure each person gets individual guidance, options and feedback so exercises are done safely and effectively.

“Although it’s a group environment, I still feel that each person gets individual recommendations or feedback to do the exercises correctly.”

Encouraging Progress Without Pressure

Yes, you’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself  but never at the expense of your body or confidence.

“The approach is the perfect mix of being pushed to develop further with being reminded to slow down and listen to your body when needed so not to injure yourself.”

That balance matters. Bootcamp isn’t about punishment or pushing through pain, it’s about building strength, fitness and self-belief in a way that feels good.
