March Update: New Training Slots, Sunday Bootcamp & Big News

March is officially here, and with the change in season comes a fresh opportunity to refocus on your health and performance goals.

I’m pleased to share a few select openings for those looking to level up their fitness this month. Whether you prefer the precision of 1-on-1 coaching or the high energy of a group environment, here is how you can work with me this March:

1. Private Personal Training (Morning Slots) Due to a shift in my mid-week schedule, a few rare slots have opened up. 

  • Monday: Early Morning

  • Tuesday: Morning

  • Thursday: Morning

2. Ingatestone Sunday Bootcamp Our community-focused sessions are the ultimate way to kickstart your week. No better way to get the blood pumping than great tunes and a challenging circuit.

  • When: Every Sunday at 9:00 AM

  • Location: Ingatestone

3. Online Coaching (2 Spaces Available) For those who need a bespoke plan but require the flexibility to train on their own schedule, my Online Coaching program has two openings for March. Full accountability, wherever you are.
