Elevate Strength: New Online Lunchtime Classes Starting This June

There’s a reason so many women want to start strength training… but never quite know where to begin.

Maybe you’ve thought about it for months.
Maybe you’ve saved workouts online but never followed through.
Maybe gyms feel intimidating.
Maybe life simply feels too busy to commit to long workouts.

That’s exactly why I’m creating these new online classes.

Starting this June, I’ll be running Elevate Strength — live online lunchtime sessions every Wednesday and Friday at 12PM designed to help women build strength in a way that feels realistic, supportive and approachable.

These are not intense bootcamp-style workouts.

They’re 30-minute sessions focused on:

  • Strength training

  • Core stability

  • Flexibility

  • Mobility

  • Building confidence with movement

The aim is simple: helping you feel stronger, more capable and more energised in everyday life.

Why Strength Training Matters

Strength training isn’t just about aesthetics or lifting heavy weights.

It supports:

  • Muscle strength and joint support

  • Energy levels and posture

  • Bone health

  • Mobility and balance

  • Everyday confidence

  • Long-term health as we age

But despite knowing the benefits, many women still feel unsure about starting.

That’s why these classes are designed to remove the pressure and overcomplication that often comes with fitness.

Beginner Friendly and Designed for Real Life

You do not need experience to join.

You do not need to be “fit already.”

You do not need complicated equipment or lots of spare time.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and adaptable for different fitness levels. The focus is on learning proper movement, building consistency and creating a routine that feels sustainable.

Because sometimes the hardest part is simply starting.

A Flexible Pop-Up Format for June

The classes will run throughout June as a pop-up pay-as-you-go option.

This means you can:

  • Try the sessions without committing long term

  • Join around your schedule

  • Build confidence gradually

  • See how strength training feels in your routine

The goal is to make strength training more accessible, manageable and enjoyable.
