Elevate Strength: New Online Lunchtime Classes Starting This June
There’s a reason so many women want to start strength training… but never quite know where to begin.
Maybe you’ve thought about it for months.
Maybe you’ve saved workouts online but never followed through.
Maybe gyms feel intimidating.
Maybe life simply feels too busy to commit to long workouts.
That’s exactly why I’m creating these new online classes.
Starting this June, I’ll be running Elevate Strength — live online lunchtime sessions every Wednesday and Friday at 12PM designed to help women build strength in a way that feels realistic, supportive and approachable.
These are not intense bootcamp-style workouts.
They’re 30-minute sessions focused on:
Strength training
Core stability
Flexibility
Mobility
Building confidence with movement
The aim is simple: helping you feel stronger, more capable and more energised in everyday life.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and adaptable for different fitness levels. The focus is on learning proper movement, building consistency and creating a routine that feels sustainable.
Because sometimes the hardest part is simply starting.

The classes will run throughout June as a pop-up pay-as-you-go option.
