Black Friday Spots Are Gone… But You Can Still Get Started
Last week’s Black Friday offer was incredible, and all coaching spaces were filled. If you were one of the women who joined. Thank you, I can’t wait to support you on your fitness journey.
If you missed out, don’t worry.
You can still apply for 1:1 online coaching, and it’s a brilliant option if you’re looking for fitness support for women in the UK, especially during the busy run-up to Christmas.
The only difference now is that the 20% Black Friday discount has ended — but the value is still huge.
My coaching works out at just over £20 per week, making it far more affordable than in-person personal training while still providing personalised, high-quality guidance.
What’s Included in Online Coaching
If your goal is to feel fitter, stronger and more confident, especially as you navigate midlife or perimenopause, online coaching offers the structure and support you need:
A personalised training plan tailored to your energy levels, schedule and goals
Practical, realistic nutrition guidance that works with everyday UK life — not restrictive rules
Habit support to help you build routines that genuinely stick
Weekly check-ins and accountability, so you’re never doing this alone
If you want a head start before January, this is the perfect time to begin. You can enjoy December, stay active and enter 2025 feeling motivated, capable and in control.
A December Tip: The Minimum Strategy
During this time of year, one of the biggest mindset shifts I share with clients is the Minimum Strategy. It’s especially helpful if you tend to fall into the all-or-nothing approach during the festive season.
Instead of expecting yourself to ‘be perfect,’ you set 3 achievable weekly minimums — just enough to keep you moving forward without overwhelm.
Example Weekly Minimums:
2 short workouts (20–25 minutes is plenty and easy to fit around a busy week)
A daily walk, even if it’s just 10–15 minutes around the block
One balanced meal each day that makes you feel nourished and energised
These simple habits help you maintain consistency, support your fitness and boost your confidence — without missing out on Christmas parties, family time or the food you love.
This strategy works beautifully for women in midlife who want to stay active, support their wellbeing and feel good heading into January.
